1. Is the Eve Online Isk transferred automatically?
No, after order placed, please contact us by live chat, one operator there will arrange a trade with you in game. We will then trade the EVE Isk to your character in game.
2. What if I don't have a PayPal account?
You can still order with us even if you don't have a PayPal account. We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process, once you are forwarded to PayPal you will be presented with an option to pay with your PayPal account or an independent credit card.
3. Why I am required to provide a phone number when I am paying with PayPal?
